4g (1 teaspoon) VITUS IRON+C
300g watermelon
¼ cup no added sugar pomegranate or berry juice
½ teaspoon lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup ice

Add all ingredients to blender/nutribullet (add chia seeds and VITUS powders last) and blend until smooth.

½ small ripe pear
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup of pineapple
½ light coconut milk
Handful of kale
Handful of English spinach
1 cup coconut water ice cubes

Add pear, mango and pineapple to the blender first. Follow with kale and English spinach. Add liquid. Finally add ice cubes and VITUS powder and blend until smooth and vibrant green.

1 tablespoon hemp seeds
3-4 deseeded Medjool dates
¼ cup avocado
2 tablespoons goji berries (soak first if desired) 
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
¼ cup (loosely packed) chopped fresh mint
1 cup coconut water
1 cup coconut water ice cubes
2 cups ice

Add all ingredients to the blender (except ice) and blend until smooth. Then add ice and blend again until thick and creamy.
