We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your oder an additional charge will be incurred for each destination address. On delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to excerise your statuatory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your merchandise. For further information, please refer to the returns and cancellation rights section within the terms and conditions.

All prices quoted on this site are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. All prices exclude freight costs. The price charged will be the price quoted on this site at the time of placing your order. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or via PayPal. All orders will be processed on receipt of payment. All orders under $50 placed in Australia will incur a flat postage and handling fee of $5.95. Orders greater than $50 will be delivered free of charge. Please allow 7 working days for standard delivery.

Planet Health remains the owner of the products until you have paid the full amount owed for any merchandise. Products are at your risk as soon as they have been delivered to you. Planet Health may revise and/or discontinue products at any time without notice.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery. 


We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgment, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to provide authorisation of your payment. Please note that the company reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.


In the event of damaged or faulty products, or incorrect products being despatched, we are happy for you to return the goods to us. In this situation we will, at your option, either replace the products or give you a full refund. All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging. If you wish to return a product please email or call our customer service team on 1800 001 055 quoting your order number, reason for return and preferred method of refund. The team will provide you with a reference number that you should note on the original invoice. Please then package the product securely with the original invoice and reference number and despatch to:
